| Summary: | The scope of this NWIP follows the requirements of module 8 in the standardisation request of the european commission. They will be included in the delegated acts adopted by the Commission pursuant to Article 4 of COM(2022) 142 final. The public data included in the DPP will not require any access right management. The access rights should include any mandatory and necessary licensing rules governing items related to data models, data exchange protocols, data processing, and interoperability. |
