| Summary: | This European Standard specifies a method for the pressure digestion of foodstuffs intended for the determination of trace elements. This method has been collaboratively tested in combination with atomic absorption (flame, furnace, hydride, cold-vapour) techniques and ICP-MS. ICP-OES and voltammetry can be used in combination with the testing standards which make reference to this standard. |
