| Resumen: | The document deals with the verification by calculation of the overall stability of retaining structures and that of their structural members, at landwaves, irrespective of their construction and type of foundation, as well as at embankments and slopes of unconsolidated material, irrespective of their shape. It is based on the strata diagrams and soil parameters given in DIN 4020 and covers the bases of design and methods of calculation required to determine the ultimate limit state in cross-section in respect of rock slides on slip planes. |
