| Resumen: | The standard specifies a method for the determination of Salmonella by measuring of the Impedance. In general the test is performed in multiple successive stages, since Salmonella can be present in small numbers, sub-lethally impaired or is often accomanied by considerably larger numbers of other microorganisms. |
