The project specifies application related requirements to thermal insulating products for buildings by DIN EN 13162, DIN EN 13163, DIN EN 13164, DIN EN 13165, DIN EN 13166, DIN EN 13167, DIN EN 13168, DIN EN 13169, DIN EN 13170 DIN EN 13171, DIN EN 16069 and it specifies thermal insulating products for buidlings produced at the point of use by DIN EN 14063-1, DIN EN 14064-1, DIN EN 14315-1, DIN EN 14316-1, DIN EN 14317-1, DIN EN 14318-1 and by European rating documents EAD 040729-00-1201, EAD 040461-00-1201, EAD 040138-00-1201, EAD 040138-01-1201 and EAD 040005-00-1201. This project dedicates thermal insulating to minimum requirements for certain fields of application. This fields of application are labelled with abbreviation. The document contains determinations of quality assurance for thermal insulating and their usage. The document does not regulate the usage of thermal insulating for building services and technical installations.
