| Summary: | This standard applies to the execution of wall and floor coverings comprising ceramic tiles (e. g. such as those specified in DIN EN 14411 including mosaic tiles, decorative elements and accessories), clinker floor tiles as specified in DIN 18158 or natural and cast stone by the thin-bed mortar technique with cementitious adhesives as specified in DIN EN 12004-1 for indoor and outdoor applications. This standard also applies to other types of tile, such as glass mosaics and resin-bonded tiles. This standard does not apply to elastic and textile coverings or wood and wood-based materials. |
