Das Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Gesamtasche und der säureunlöslichen Asche in Gewürzen und würzenden Zutaten fest. Zur Bestimmung der Gesamtasche werden die organischen Verbindungen der Probe bei (550 ± 25)°C bis zur konstanten Masse verascht. Zur Bestimmung der säureunlöslichen Asche wird die Gesamtasche mit Salzsäure behandelt. Nach dem Erhitzen und Filtrieren wird der Rückstand gewogen. |
